Aino Home operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Aino Home is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Withdrawal Function Data Processing

Our website provides an electronic withdrawal function as required by Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive (as of 19 June 2026).

When you use the withdrawal function, we process the following personal data:

• Name — to identify you as the withdrawing consumer
• Order reference — to link the withdrawal to the correct contract
• Email address — to send you the acknowledgement of receipt
• Withdrawal statement content — to document your request
• Timestamp (date and time of submission) — for legal certainty

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with a legal obligation under EU consumer law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention: Withdrawal records are retained for 3 years from the date of withdrawal to comply with consumer protection record-keeping requirements.

We will send an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address you provide, containing the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of submission, on a durable medium (email).

How We Disclose Personal Information

In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you.

In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, and with Shopify. Children's Data

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.

When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

3. Document the breach in our internal register, including the facts, effects, and remedial actions taken.
